We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. It makes us feel happy. There are many activities that you can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

We ended our discussion with a mention of sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed.
