We came up with some tips and tricks that would help us live longer, healthier lives.

We started by looking at different kinds of food. We discovered that some foods are not good for us and others are better. For example, we know that sugar is very unhealthy because it causes weight gain. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next we considered exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. It makes us feel happy. There are many types of exercise that we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

We ended our discussion with a mention of sleep. We need to sleep every night. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. If we want to be healthy, we need to get enough sleep.
